4Sarah is a faith-based nonprofit organization empowering women and girls in the sex industry and those impacted by sex trafficking to change the direction of their lives. We serve women working as strippers, prostitutes, escorts, porn performers, and victims of sex trafficking through consistent outreach, compassionate support, and real pathways forward.

Founded by Kasey McClure in 2005, 4Sarah was created out of lived experience, personal healing, and a calling from God to help other women find a way out. Over the years, Kasey has trained outreach teams that go directly into strip clubs, participate in street outreach, and connect with women working online through 4Sarah’s call center outreach.

Kasey’s story is at the heart of 4Sarah.

When Kasey was three years old, she was sexually abused by her father. That trauma shaped much of her early life. At 18, she followed her older sister to Atlanta and began working as a stripper at the World Famous Gold Club. What began as a way to survive quickly became a trap, and Kasey spent nearly six years in the sex industry.
In 2003, with the support of her church and her late husband Jake, Kasey found the courage to leave that life behind. But walking away was not easy. Like many women exiting the industry, she faced overwhelming financial pressure and uncertainty. After leaving, she was in debt and struggled to imagine another way other than the strip club. Having once made around $1,000 a night, the temptation to return felt very real.

But God had another plan.

While pregnant with her first child, Sarah, Kasey knew she could not go back. During that season, she felt God calling her to show other women a way out of the sex industry just as He had shown her. Sarah’s life became a turning point in Kasey’s own story, and from that place of conviction, courage, and purpose, 4Sarah, Inc. was born.
Today, 4Sarah continues to meet women where they are with love, truth, and support. Our mission is not to judge, but to walk alongside women as they take steps toward healing, stability, and a different future.

4Sarah is a faith based nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower change in the life direction of women and girls who are adult entertainers, prostitutes, escorts, porn stars, or victims of sex trafficking by offering a holistic approach as well as an educational, emotional, physical, and spiritual support. With the support from our communities and churches, 4Sarah will be able to provide a system of care to women and girls seeking to exit a life in the adult entertainment industry.
Our Vision
4Sarah's vision is to see all women and girls exit the sex industry, find true healing from their past trauma, and to find their purpose in life through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
